All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from the US and Canada (some countries excluded)

 

We process orders within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 

 

For international orders, the customer is fully responsible for ALL customs/duties fees that may apply. Customs fees and duties vary from place to place. Please contact your local postal service for customs fee/duties information for your area.


Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

 

Orders delivered outside of the USA typically arrive within 14-21 business days, however, due to customs processing, which is fully beyond our control, it may take up to 30 days for your order to arrive.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.

Returns Policy

Because we create each piece of our custom fine art specially for you, we do not offer returns. Every image is made-to-order, making it unique and personal. We want you to love your artwork so if it arrives damaged or there is a problem with it, we will gladly exchange it or send you a replacement to make things right.

For exchanges, the original artwork must be returned in it's original mint condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

 

Once original artwork is received, the replacement artwork will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days and new tracking information will be provided when possible.

 

 

Packaging

We take great care in packaging each order so that it arrives in perfect condition. Size of 8x10 and 11x14 prints will arrive in a sturdy, flat cardboard mailer. Larger prints will arrive rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube.

 

Our canvases will arrive in flat boxes with extra packaging to ensure safe delivery for you print.

 

 

Damage

If your artwork arrives damage, please contact us immediately and we will get you a replacement asap.
