1. General Questions

What is your return policy?

Every print is made to order for you so we are unable to offer returns. Please see our full return policy here. Please be sure to read the description and any size guides provided carefully before ordering.

 

If your order arrives damaged or you received the incorrect item you can request a replacement within 14 days of receiving your order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

What size should I order?

Do you offer custom sizing?

We are happy to assist you in creating a piece just the right size for you.  If you are interested in a custom size, please contact me here.

What is the material of this product?

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Do you offer installment payment options?

We do not offer installment payment options at this time.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

No, unfortuantely we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

5. Print Quality

What type of inks do you use?

We use giclee, eco-solvent archival pigment based inks that resist fading for over 100 years.

What type of canvas do you use?

We print on a thick, archival-grade canvas to ensure durability.  It is pH neutral and acid-free, so it will not yellow over time and comes with a semi-glossy sheen.

How thick are your canvs prints?

Our canvases are stretcher over a 1.5 inch solid wood stretcher bar to ensure that the canvas  does not warp or bow over time.

Do you offer framing?

Yes. Each product has a framing option on the product page.

 

We use archival-quality, acid-free materials to ensure the long-term preservation of your artwork. This helps prevent discoloration, deterioration, and maintains the integrity of your piece over time.

 

Our frames are custom made by hand and come rady to hang with all the necessary hardware so you can display your artwork with ease, right out of the box.

 

We use high-quality plexiglass (acrylic) for each framed paper print, instead of the traditional glass, making your framed print safer to handle and easier to hand, especially in larger sizes.  It is also shatter resistant, providing better protection during shipping and everyday use.

 

Our canvas prints are set into a floating frame, making the print appear to float off the wall.  It is lightweight and give a clean modern or traditional look.
